some of the other systems had fairly shinny caps, like they just had someone else out end of last year and they said replace the system, to which they forgot about and called him or went for second opinion. lol typical when you have a more money than brains scenario 😒

Mike...how long has it been since you had a physical? I don't want to scare you, but your lungs and heart were not keeping up with you as you were walking and talking up to about 3:40. You are over twenty years younger than I am, and I have seen many guys in your age group getting cardiac bypass surgeries. Talk to your doc and maybe get an inspection at a cath lab. No, I'm serious. The way you sounded and how you breathed does not mean you should go a a gym for some cardio...not without a checkout, first. Play that clip for your doc, or send him a link so he can hear you. I am very serious about this.

Yeah, we don’t have that here. We have houses that have multiple systems in the max tonnage is five.
Obviously someone has been there before. Possibly added refrigerant before. Time to replace looking at equipment plus they obviously can afford it 🤷♂️

Why go to a gym when you can put some straps on a condenser or a cast iron block from a boiler steam or otherwise and strap it up to your back and walk around the block.
