My mother passed away from cancer. So when I saw Harrison Gilks, I cried. Seeing the difference in him when he was not sick, and when he was really sick made me physically hurt. One of my friends adored Inquisitor and was shattered when she thought he was a groomer. The discovery that he wasn't after it was too late broke her so much that she actually went radio silent for weeks aside from an occasional check in to let us all know she was still alive because she was heartbroken about what happened. I just can't wrap my head around how someone can be so evil, and for what reason?
What this tells us is that we have a responsibility as adults to avoid believing what we are told without good evidence! There is someone I know who was recently imprisoned on purely the eye witness on a minor... who specifically refused a rape kit. Did they do it? It seems actually not... they seem like they are a good person with a loving family who was falsely accused of pedophilia.

Most deaths you see online are so sudden that you can't quite get a grasp of how cold and terrifying death is. Harrison's last video shows just how slow and insidious death can be, and something about it is so much scarier and depressing than going out quickly.

I absolutely hate that Felicia became the victim and how much it could have been avoided.
It's a child, a pretty young one too. She was frozen in shock due to how scared she was. She probably forgot 911 or couldn't call or god knows what. She was probably too young or too shocked to know what to do in that situation and probably only trusted her father, but I do see the point you're making.@@jennifercarr9111
@@jennifercarr9111 I agree. I'm slightly upset she didn't call the police. Someone in the comments said she was 9, not 12, so I don't think she comprehended how dangerous the situation was. She just saw it as an opportunity to film something interesting and maybe gain a larger audience. Plus she probably thought she was safe since her dad was home when she opened the door, not realising how evil people can be... I don't blame her, she was just a child. I just wish things turned out differently :(
Goodness... the one about Harrison got me--not so much the cancer but it is his good spirits. Through all of that, he could stay positive and thankful. I know each day was hard... I had cancer myself and chemo REALLY sucks, but to know the end is there and to not have lost hope and joy and excitement for tomorrow just speaks to his strength.

For real. I thought it was common sense to call for help. I mean even if no one ever told her that 911 is a thing, how did she not at least think to call her dad? I just don't understand that situation.
It's because the police in countries like russia(And I know that it is russia 'cause of profile of a girl(her name was actually is Lisa) are not coming until you have proofed someone is murdered. Like, if you call the cops and tell them "hey, there is drunk dude, I think I'm in danger" they will not listen to you, they will not come to save you. The chance that they come to you before you got killed are like 0,1 % and that is if aaaaall of your neighbours will call them for hours. Even if they will come to you, the only thing you can do - is pray that you will be alive till they come. That's why that girl was on social media and not calling the police. Almost no point to call them. In Ukraine sittuation with cops is a bit better but still not perfect. Sometimes it takes hours for cops to arrive
Ummm. Isn’t murder crueler than some words… The first people got murdered but you think the last one is the cruelest. 😂 A man who was weak and didn’t know how to stop texting someone.
Yeah, not to sound harsh or callous, but definitely a Darwin award nominee here. "Someone drunk has been banging on my door FOR AN HOUR" = "hmm, better upload a TikTok". Like, did none of her viewers even think to inform her that "hey, maaaaaayyybe you should call the police?"

All of these stories are tough, but Harrison's is definitely the strongest one. Bro, living with a cancer, knowing your time is getting a lot shorter every single day and still being able to enjoy every single second of your life.. That's just awesome. It hit me hard, honestly. RIP for all these people, Harrison especially.
MY son is the same age as Harrison, my thoughts and prayers are with Harrison and his family. I can't even imagine. This young man faced his situation with courage and maturity beyond his years. Rest in Peace young man.
Most people aren't afraid of their neighbours, and many are trusting of them to keep an eye on one another, where in some places, people don't even lock their doors. In some countries, leaving a child of that age home alone isn't legal, which is why it can, from this perspective, be seen as such an odd thing, but in other countries, there isn't a requirement for it, and many do trust their children to be independent enough to remain at home for short periods of time. The issue here is more that the child chose TikTok over calling the police than it is them being left alone in the house; the dad being home wouldn't have stopped the gunfire.
14:57 doing inappropriate things and saying it is one thing but accusing someone of being a predator and to where they twist their words to where they, they would wind up ending their own life because of the words and assumptions of harming children 😢 rip inquisitore3
The editor and their partner should be arrested and charged. To do that to someone, is beyond evil, and sadly they decided to take their own life because of it.
The first case is like WTF?! Somebody is trying to break into you house and instead of calling the cops, you're making a TikTok video? The father is obviously the idiot here for not teaching his daughter what to do in these type of situations
Thank you yes the father. Does it shock you when you think about how nearly every parent checks out on teaching their kids anything? Other than to scold/punish or deman from? If you had great parents that actually sat you down and walked you through a majority of lifes normal problems that would be nice to know. Cause I literally have never seen it ever.
My daughter knows to hide and call 911. I remember working and we got a call to my address, thats a horrifying moment. My daughter, when she was 8, had called 911 because my dad had a stroke and she knew the signs and was aware time was important. I was so thankful she knew to call and knew what information to relay.
Harrison's story is gut wrenching. Hard not to tear up and wish there had been a miracle for him to survive. Absolutely heartbreaking but what a beautiful soul he was.

That first story is why you ALWAYS teach your kids to call 911 (Or the local equivalent) AS SOON as they are old enough to understand.

Why would you leave your child a 9 year old to babysit her younger brother. I wish she had called the cops. Poor little girl
The father was back at home when it happened

The fact that a child thought to post to tiktok instead of calling police...what are the kids learning these days?
