Good tips but i don't agree with counting streaks. When you count streaks of not smoking the thought will always stay in your mind. And you are showing your brain that smoking is part of your life. For example i never smoked weed ever in my entire life but this doesn't mean I'll count that I haven't smoked it for 17years. Try to engage in good activities to completely forget any bad habit and don't count days or make streaks

I quit smoking after 6 years , starting from 10th grade , This year on June 16 I decided to quit it forever , Since then although I have fallen for it at maybe a couple of times but Alhamdulillah what i see in myself now is that I have achieved the control over this addiction, from 2 packets a day to now Alhamdulillah, i rarely fall for it . May Allah give me strength to Inshallah completely away from it and quit it

I m not a scholar but bruh i knew a hadees according to which both interest taking and giving is haram. You can have a profit but that too has a % in Islam. On other hand insterst of every kind is totally haram
