I got the SR35 thanks for your spot on accurate review. What i wanted was a darker cleaner DAP, with better battery life and size does matter. Was really looking at the R6 Pro II because it looked amazing in purple, with the legendary AKM4499 DAC but what i need is a portable DAP ! To be honest, soundstage differencec in IEM is not my main consideration! SR35's clean, clutter free implementation over android without the additional apps ROCK ON! 1 week on, no regrets!
Question about Bluetooth performance. Have you ever had issues with dropouts when doing either Bluetooth sensing or receiving? I had the SR25 MKii for a while and unthought it was a near perfect player but the Bluetooth was nearly unusable when using it outside.
I have absolutely no interest in buying a DAP, at least for now I don't think DAP is very important. The Fiio BTR7 and Ibasso DC04 Pro that I currently have, I think, are more than enough for an iem. But I'm still happy to know what a DAP can do compared to just a simple dongle. Thank you for the review..
sure dongles are so amazing these days and will be enough for a lot of condition but the main reasons for me buying daps : 1 i don’t like to use my phone for music, my storage are filled with photos and videos instead 2 the power of dongles are much more limited compared to daps for a reviewer like me who also needs to try headphones 3 volume control precision
@@aftersound_review Well, I can understand, as a reviewer of course DAP is a mandatory item. It's just that I don't like always having big, thick things in my trouser pocket. But maybe I'll change my mind later..
@@aftersound_reviewyeah that’s the main reason: store all the music in a separate portable. I get really annoyed by the other noises that stop the music I’m listening to on the iPhone.
I was the same way when starting listening to iems a couple years ago. Btr5 and then then Btr7 were my go to. Then I bought the Hiby R6 mkIII. The sound is by far better than anything coming off my iPhone and android phones. I get it that we always have our phone with us but if you really want to hear how music is played via iems or cans, dap are a great option .
So Tidal is already downloaded on the dap, so can I access all my songs here as I have subscripition with tidal. I have no access to a computer so can I still enjoy this SR35, without downloading anything.
yes simply connect to wifi and log in to your account, no need download anything just a little bit of suggestion though….. this DAP when it is used for streaming it is quiet laggy so when I’m using it, I prefer to download my tidal playlist on the app first and then playing it while it is off-line
Your review really helped !
I just ordered the SR35 , it should be here this week 😎

glad to hear that man, it’s my main dap for now as well
Is it better then the M11 ? I currently bought the Fiio M11 Plus ESS but not a super big fan.
hey hey ~ will you be doing the Cayin N3Ultra review?
Hey would you prefer s35 over the sony zx707? Thanks
Zx707 was what I was going to pick for an upgrade from my first DAP. Now I'm curious about this one instead 🤔
Is it possible to play offline music in a shuffle within one sort category (for example, shuffle one genre)?
Which is more powerful from the headphone output, hiby R5 or SR35? Thank you.
best compatible headphone suggested?
Can drive sundara?
EXCELLENT VIDEO.👍

i rarely use bluetooth with them 😅 since i buy it for their sound performance through the plug
Thanks for review but I couldn't live with a case that makes a product look so hideous. I'd risk the drops.
Can you use UA-cam music app on it? Don't think you mentioned it. Thanks
No comparison with kann max?
Hey how does this compare to the IBASSO DX240?
😂
Which sounds better
R6 pro 2 or sr 35?
Sound wise
i explained it in the video
Sound wise buy the R6 pro ii over the sr35.
@@gogo8033 thanks 🙏
confirm R6 pro ii , but if you have more budget go for N7
Resell value wise, go for AK
