Top candidates for an assisted care facility. Fellow in the wheelchair was dehydrated. On the street they are all but helpless. They are a tragedy waiting to happen. Thanks for helping them out Mike.

@Jay Dog would giving them a bit of money help any more? you cant expect people to go around giving out houses jobs and health insurance. you never know what someone could do with the $5 you give them. buying them food keeps them alive and not many people stop to give them money so they can’t buy it themselves. many people daily go without eating a thing. to say that this man does nothing less than gods work is ridiculous. we need more people like micheal and that’s why so many people donate to help him do what he does. have a nice day
@@kyliemcgraw6851 No giving money just hurt them by getting robbed and misused to cigs and alcohol Giving food wont remove homeless issue but it give raise their spirit a little bit and give 1 more day to live and hunger away its not like we give them a house if not a millionaire i seeing few guys gift homeless man a hotel room for 30 days hoping he get out of street in that time when i was homeless around 1 yr took that time before system found me temp monitor housing i stayed them for 6 yrs until system found me permanent place wih decent rent! so its pretty bad all over the world for waiting time even my country has lowest numbers of homeless but rehousing time eta is unknown and take yrs unless some private sector making an offer usually they wont give random and unknown guy a free home just like that there is always catch those cases
@@StainderFin but micheal does a lot more than that. you can see in his videos that he has made some real friends and just a conversation to a lot of these guys can mean the world of a difference. people love to find anything they can to pick at. this man is doing something amazing and that’s that. end of conversation truthfully. what these people decide to do with the stuff they receive or with their life is up to them. micheal is there to help end of story stop being so damn negative.

I think those brothers need to be put in a Nursing Home
a lot of nursing homes require monthly payments, if they dont have any money its hard, and if they mentally cant take care of themselves and their money they will need a power of attorney whether its a family member or the state, thats one of the few ways they can get in. and thats if the state pays for it.
ITS A LOT OF RED TAPE TO PUT SOMEONE IN A CARE CENTER AS WELL AS PUTTING A PERSON INTO A MENTAL HOSPITAL. MY MOM JUMPED FIRE HOOPS PUTTING MY FATHER INTO ONE HERE IN IOWA. AND MY DAD WAS A WW2 PEARL HARBOR VET. SO THERES YOUR ANSWER. GOD BLESS YOU.♡♡♡♡

@Momofthreedogs right. But it's their choice to be in there. They can leave. They need their power of attorney changed to a family member or the state to keep them in there. Or get help atleast. They just want hand outs. That's what they've come accustomed too with being homeless. Sad. But nothing comes easy in this world. We're lucky to have Michael out here looking out for them. I really hope they get help in the near future. They seem like good guys.

Vets should never live out on the streets after going and fighting for our country. NOBODY should be out on the streets. That's disgraceful. We need to do better. Thank you so much for helping these people.

Their brain's seem basically fried, but what have they been through that made them what they are now & to be together in this way?
Imo, it should be a crime on the U.S. for anyone living on the streets without food, heat, shelter, meds, etc etc etc. No one should be without

I’m so glad Michael video tapes his encounters with the homeless and is able to get so many donations and money through it…….it not only helps the individuals out, but it helps bring awareness to others about a HUGE population of houseless people living within our city. .

How in the world as a nation do we have veterans laying on the street? This breaks my heart.
It is sad to see vets or anyone having to sleep on a sidewalk. What is wrong with this country? Michael i sure respect what you do. I was thinking what if you gave a small flag to each of the vets. I just thought it might mean something to them and it highlights our vets someway. Just an idea i was thinking. Like to see our vets recognized somehow. Also thanks Michael for your service and what you are doing here.

I hope the brothers don’t let everyone know they have access to cash. Not to sure what the stories are on these Veterans, lots of resources at the Tucson VA. I get treated there. But again I met a Veteran at Campbell and Broadway getting 100% disability, and he told me he rather be in the streets than with his family. Thanks for all you do Michael. 🙏

Michael the brothers are not able to help them selves. They need someone to just do it for them, but they probably would rebel. If he had an apartment why were they not in it. You keep trying and I'm afraid fighting a losing battle. You are a good person with a big heart.
Getting them water and food may be all that they will let him do. He has certainly tried a lot of things to help them.

I love the lunches you threw together, good sandwich meat, mustard, kettle chips, Sarah Lee bread. I can’t believe how expensive name brand bread can be. And those huge oranges look delicious. So thoughtful. The brothers appear to be taken care of with an apartment and the one brother appears to control the finances with assistance from the nephew. What they need appears to be someone to give them transportation. I’m assuming in their apartment, they will need maid service as both are semi handicapped. The brothers stick together which is good but I don’t know how they are going to get their carts from the bus stop and tent from the tree all over to the apartment when they are on foot struggling to get to a restaurant. They need someone to help them with foot work. Maybe they could Uber. That was smart of you to wear gloves.

Your Walmart in Arizona still has nylon bags. In Canada, Walmart doesn't have nylon bags anymore. Customers are asked to bring their own shopping bags. Thank you for all the good things that you do Michael. God bless!

I am so glad that despite everything, Rick and Cali still get treated with care and respect. They clearly have mental issues and I suspect a lot of them are PTSD related, from their past lives. So sad. They've slipped through the net in more ways than one. Thank you for watching out for them, even if the help you can give is now limited.

I wonder why they don't buy a car with all that money they have and why they don't spend much time in their apartment.

They are embarrassed to say they are homeless and broke. They still have pride. It's inhumane to make two senior citizens live outside in 100 degree heat, one in a wheelchair. Everyone deserves food and shelter.

I agree. But unfortunately, when you're on the streets, alone, you have nothing but demons whispering thoughts into your mind. And sometimes you get brainwashed into thinking you're not worth anything. And you get stuck in a life like these unfortunate brothers. Sometimes you get Angels, like Michael here, who try to help, but the demons are now your best friend so you let them keep your mind locked down...

Watching this a yr later, again, hope those 2 are safe somewhere, getting help. Seeing them was very disturbing to me.
Michael commented on someone else comment asking about them that both brothers have been involuntarily committed so they are safe and getting treatment
