As an Indian I can confirm that what you ate is not authentic Indian food…the momos, the chaat the kabab nothing is what you get here in India..this restaurant has maybe used an Indian name but the food is not Indian

As an indian abroad, i can tell you Indian restaurants abroad just dont serve authentic indian food. The food at these restaurants are altered to meet the taste buds of firangi log. Haha. So they use less masala and mild down the flavours. So if you wanna eat authentic indian food either go to some indian family's house or go to India. It has the best food.😁😂👍
