HQ of once powerful French Communist Party, designed by lead architect Oscar Niemeyer in 1971. Registered historical monument, it now hosts art and fashion shows along with office space. Under the dome, the assembly room, rumoured to be spy proof... Seen from above, the dome and walkway form a dove, symbol of peace.
