This song hits home. Hits my heart and soul very deeply. I'm a domestic violence survivor was in that situation for 10 yrs. I finally got courage to leave him. This song really hits me everytime I hear it. Because everyday I am thankful to be alive, I am thankful that I got away, etc ❤️ Yes I have permanent injuries that I struggle with everyday now. But I'm Alive, I survived. I will never let another man hit me again. After being in a domestic violence situation it changed me permanently. All I can do is keep moving forward.

When she was filming the movie "Enough" the producers had asked her to create a song for the film. She told them it had to come organically and "not forced". When she went on her honeymoon with Cris Judd he was playing a melody that he had written on the piano, Jennifer thought it was "really beautiful", and said "I can write something to that right now, and we can use it for Enough". She then finalized the song with her long-time producer Corey Rooney. For those that think she's not a songwriter, well you are welcome! ♥️

Thank you, Jennifer. I am in love with you every time I view/hear this song. So far I have teared up 3 times during this video. I don't do that with others. I wonder how I would roar if we actually came into real contact. But two problems keep me safely away. Maybe that's why I tear up. The tears on my eyelids today make me concentrate hard on what is happening. I believe myself to be overwhelmed by your innocent face, and the precious quality of your voice. And then there's God moving my heart according to His good pleasure. Update -- I am afraid of you. If the cause of my fear is lack of attention to your (outstanding) song, singing and presence, I am somewhat guilty. Where do I spend much of my time? Songwriting and singing and producing my work. I am addicted to a very good cause (even though it's a lot of work). Finally, true love can never flourish when driven by fear.

Her voice is so sweet . People don’t give this triple threat enough credit. She’s one of the most talented well rounded multi-talented artist in the U.S entertainment industry. And she’s an ethnic Latina which makes that much more special because the U.S for some reason doesn’t have a lot of Latinas to her level, probably no other Latina at the level of JLo in the U.S. Only black female singers and whites female singers like the Britney’s , Beyoncé’s, XTina’s, and a bunch of other black and white women but no Latina other than JLo that I can think of dominating music, film, fashion and more.
This song 🥺🥺 so beautiful. I watched Enough so many times, I now have a hard time because of the abusive aspect. Granted I love how she takes back her life.
