Mary Austin wanted Freddie's last Christmas, 1 that he, and Mary Austin's son would never forget. It was so very, very sad that friendship ended tragically, just 11 months later, when Freddie had died. At least, she did see Freddie in the hours before his death, as she was always visiting him, as he was dying, in my humble opinion.
Yes, his last Christmas, spent with Mary, Piers and Richard, at least in part, at their flat in London. I wonder if Freddie brought that bear and little bike for his godson. Mary said Piers finally left because Freddie overshadowed her feelings for him.

When I see this I can't help but think how much of a great dad he would've been, I don't know why but I see him more with a daughter than having a son. The only one he trusted, just the REAL LIFE BOND he had wth her...and that its wth her son!!!! Freddie GENUINELY loved these 2 wth ALL HIS HEART!!!! And she loved him...NO MATTER WHAT! I'm so happy and thankful for her! She NEVER put him down or made fun of him or ever hated him for him being wth another man !!!! She never ridiculed him! Brian May said they would do Freddie's parts when he was able to come and that Freddie would throw back a couple of vodkas, lean on the mixing desk and sing wonderfully... Albeit weak perhaps, but a still great voice. He managed to live as much of the life he had left as normally as possible right up to the last few weeks....

After watching this video I could see how humanity he had and how much he really misses the whole world not only as an artist but as a person!
