I’m 42 and I’m missing my teenage kids so much. Even though I see them when they have time for me. I know they’re going through some changes and I listen to Fazerdaze, because it reminds of my teenager years. Falling in and out of love, the heart break, and breaking others. I never listened to indie, I’ve always been a metal head as a kid. Everyone I ever loved listened to Indie rock. I’m so lucky to have met such people. 🫶🏼
I love Fazerdaze so much, it's unreal, so perfect, and ethereal, I need more of this in my life. It makes me happy for a few moments and makes me able to escape depression and anxiety even if it's only during her songs.

What I like about this music is the nostalgic feeling of being in the car with my mom and sisters, early 2000’s and that feeling that everything made sense in a moment. That rolling the window down, cinematically present, feeling exactly where I was. This takes me back to somewhere I felt that feeling strong enough to cascade into it again and again.
