“YAAAAY! WOOWOOWOOOO! YOU BEAUTY! YEAH MAGPIES!” Man, the cheers at the end of the 1971 version, man! I just can’t stop listening to it; it’s kinda funny, as well. What’s your favorite 1971 SANFL song? Mine is definitely South Adelaide
Probably tied between West Adelaide or Glenelg, with South Adelaide, Sturt & Norwood in a close equal second. It's hard to rate them, all the 1971 songs are really good
@@nate_37 Yeah it is definitely tough to choose 😊 I’m happy that we found all of them for me to chill to, because these SANFL songs are what I play when I rest on my bed at home
They actually run out to “Not Giving In” but “Never Tear Us Apart” plays before the first bounce of the game, just to make sure 😊 I think Port have great AFL and SANFL songs; they are really true and inspiring: both their current AFL and SANFL songs. All we need is the prison bars to be full time in the AFL by making the top part of the jumper, teal, front and back above the number panel, and you have a winner in my opinion 👍🔥 Sad that they lost to the Bulldogs this year in the preliminary final 😞 Well, they will try again next year 😊 *I’m just a footy fan, for those who don’t know (I don’t have a favorite team).
The prison bar design is so iconic it's a shame they can't use it in the AFL. Would love if they could incorporate teal in the design but still be able use the original black & white guernsey for showdowns.
@@nate_37 Yeah, the Power really need to do that. This can be a potential way out of the BIG situation between Port and the AFL. They can also make a new teal clash jumper with black and silver lightning bolts forming a stylized V
Yeah, I'm currently looking for them too, but they're pretty hard to find considering how old they are. I've tried contacting people on Discogs & 45cat who might own a copy, but that hasn't been successful so far
@@nate_37 That’s nice 😊 I go for my sports teams in Massachusetts (where I live). You might not know all of the sports I am talking about, but that’s fine 😊. The Boston Celtics (17 championships in the NBA 🏀), Boston Red Sox (9 championships in the MLB ⚾️), Boston Bruins (6 championships in the NHL 🏒), and the New England Patriots (6 championships 🏈 in the NFL) have 38 sports championships combined for the city of Boston, which makes it the greatest 4-team sports city in the USA, so far! 😁😊 I’m really proud of my favorite teams, Nate. It’s a true honor for you to support great teams of your own as well 👍😊 Soon, hopefully the Dockers win the flag. Anyway, I can’t wait for more club songs to be posted. 😊
I know I his history and I like it good video

@@VYOM4do you prefer the 80s Magpies song or the Current one?
@@ArsenalBall76 In terms of just Port's SANFL team, I prefer the current SANFL one because It's in a higher quality than the 1980s SANFL version.
@@VYOM4 I prefer the 80s one,it's not as high quality than the current one,but I love the sound of the singers and the band
Could you help with finding the AFL Songs from the 1960's?
i've already found Carlton and Richmond
Yeah, I'm currently looking for them too, but they're pretty hard to find considering how old they are. I've tried contacting people on Discogs & 45cat who might own a copy, but that hasn't been successful so far
The current SANFL song is slower and lower pitched then that
But great video
A little bit of the beginning is cut off on that song as well :)
Can you do West Torrens?
I know Football and Rugby Club songs is a Port Adelaide supporter, but who do you support in the NRL, AFL, and other leagues?
I go for Freo in the AFL, and while I only watch the occasional game, I go for Subiaco, North Adelaide & South Sydney in the WAFL, SANFL & NRL

@Jonathan Stevens Yeah! I know right? 😊 As of right now, it’s in the top 25 for biggest city in the USA. Which teams do you support, by the way?
