Happy Easter! A few things about this video: 1) When playing this list, it seems much easier to side cards in than out. Any general advice here? It seems like most maindeck cards are strong in most matchups. 2) If you guys have any other Threshold lists or variants you'd recommend, please leave them below. This deck was so fun that I'd happily run back the exact 75, but Threshold as an archetype seems eminently tweakable, and there are a ton of options out there. 3) Playing optimistically (and incorrectly) into Oath is probably a rite of passage for any player new to a a format with the card, and I most certainly did that here :) lesson learned! With playing 4 mental note and 4 mox diamond you could look for room to play a riftstone portal, but it also seems weird having gw and not running any mystic enforcer.
Riftstone Portal is a really cool suggestion! I agree that the lack of Enforcer in the list is a shame-seems like he’s an easy enough 2-of in most Threshold shells, and I’m definitely keen to try him out next time
Thanks for the interest! Witcher 2 was fun from what I saw, but I set it aside when I started playing more Skyrim, and haven’t picked it up since. I didn’t get terribly far-from memory, maybe just barely past Chapter 1-but it was pretty cool. I do plan to finish it at some point, and yeah, a review would come soon after 👌

Yes indeed! Ritual and the general coolness of the black interactive decks was a major selling point for me as well
Dark Ritual + Negator against some combos is also very sweet. Dark Ritual + Plague Spitter turn 1 is almost an auto-scoop for the Elves player lol
And then there’s T1 Ritual into Bottomless Pit 🖤
