They must've localized this game before they recorded the Poison Six-Pack arc. None of those three characters have their final voices. Mr. French isn't even French yet. And it's weird that One Piece's Pandaman has Brocken Jr./Jade's very specifically German move, the Red Rain of Berlin. Weirder if you know the lore behind it. You think they'd program some sort of Panda-y move.
I just realized that one ring that has a confederate flag as a floor 😂 that definitely wouldn't fly today. It's crazy how much I played this game when I was a kid.
