that ford couldnt even get outta that little mud puddle. come to Vt.. we can go play n chevy land.. we got mud.. maybe he should try the loud pedal. make that ford perform..
My Chevy on smaller 39.5" tall tires didnt make it threw either. But I was the one after this that had to pull his Ford out after his winch quit working.
@Tboninator Well I stand corrected. Thank you. I personally dont think he was ever stuck lol. None the less a very good axle. I always liked the removable pinion support. Not many axles can take the abuse and not sacrifice alot of ground clearance.
im pretty sure my dads 79 chevy with 20inch lift n 44's locked front n rear would tear the shit outta that hole.. but he loves fords too. hesays as long as ur mudding. have fun boys
for all that say I would have or if it was a dodge/chevy prove it and lets all see you make.where I go mudding I have seen ford chevy dodge nissan and toyotas all get stuck and all make make through the mudd
@mummdude2000 "AAM was founded in 1994 when a private investor group, led by Richard E. "Dick" Dauch, James W. McLernon, Raymond Park and Morton E. Harris purchased the Final Drive and Forge Business Unit from GM's Saginaw Division." The 14 bolts, were, in fact, GM parts.
U, Tampoco era para que te enojaras mi chavo, ya deja de chair ahora si te creo eres de los mas chingon que pued existir en este mundo. Eres bien Hombre y de los mas machos, no gay como tu lo describes.
I'm a Chevy guy but have nothing against Fords. Have several Ford friends. I just have Chevy's cause their cheap and easy to work on and I can piece mine together for next to nothing from a bunch of parts rigs. But if we all had the same brand of trucks it wouldnt be as fun.
It is actually a late 60's model I have narrowed it down to 1967 to 1969 model ford taking a wild guess it looks to be a 67 ford. This generation of trucks were at the the top of their game when they came out, oh what the hell the f-100-f-150 series has always been on top of their game since day 1.
The first time you went into that section where you got stuck, couldnt you tell there was either a huge ass root of a tree or maybe something such as a broken tree laying down in the muck? lmao, couldnt you tell you were getting hung up, not stuck? they are to totally diff things being stuck and hung up on something. better luck next time, probably broke trying to get it out or had to be towed out thats why they didnt show what happened next. lmao, or he figured it was a ford just leave it.
Nice reply bro. I look at it in a statistical point of view. If GM is "so good" why is it that FORD is the last one standing strong. Ford has always been the trusted vehicle to transport the U.S. President. The most efficient vehicle used for public transportation is Ford; Police Department=Ford, Paramedics=Ford, Taxi cabs=Ford, Tow Trucks mostly fords, Mini buses transporting the elderly and the handy cap, trust Ford, Most Utility and construction companies use Fords.
Lol, I feel sorry for the jeeper, but its lesson everyone learns. Be carefull who you let help you. I had a Ford with 35s and lockers try to pull my CJ out once. He couldn't, started doing too much damage, so told him and his buddies to take a hike, I had friends coming. He was pulling me out backwards when I told him he was done helping, then he wanted to pull foward on it, I told him if he puts that strap on there, I'm cutting it off, lol. He was pissed. We got it out with a stock chevy
unless your mud truck gets 4 miles per gallon versus your 13+ mile to the gallon tow rig. or if your local laws frown on extremely lifted trucks, or if your mud truck isnt street legal or emissions legal and you cannot get it to pass emissions, or if you break something all you have to do is get it to the trailer (or get the trailer to it, or BOTH) rather than try and get it all the way home.....the list goes on of reasons to trailer a rig.
I love the smashing fenders of a good trailer. Those Chevy parts are getting it stuck. Sinks like a rock. I am a Chevy Fan too. But old Ford big blocks are tough to beat.
@Timismore Yea buddy, Its a dove tail big tex...looks like a 19ft..NOT A CHEAP TRAILER lol, Sad to see him taco those fenders but if you look at them before he backs off it's obvious it's not the first time he has done it haha pobably just grabs them and bends them back up after every use. Thats a die hard right there!
there is no reason that truck should have gotten stuck, yes its swampy but there was plenty of time for rpm gain and it was just creeping in. regardless, badass truck.
Not trying to harp on old comments but Import2ner36 has some advice for us American enthusiasts... 44" boggers aren't particularly my top choice but, they're a damn good tire. Skinny tires?! Buddy, more track, more traction! Its like regular boots to snow shoes... I dont believe you have anything to teach us good ol' boys, we'll be just fine. To mountainxplorer and Carl, you have one hell of a truck!
seniorcat03 I'm a chevy guy. I give respect to Fords though. My buddy had a 78 f100 explorer with a built engine. Can't for the life of me remember the C.I.'s with 39's on it. The truck was nasty. Don't put all of us chevy guys together. Some people are just too narrow minded to except that there is other makes than chevy. It has nothing to do with being a chevy guy, it has all to do with being a moron though.
@htepplwhotakmyusrnme Well normally if you hit ice or mud, only one tire on each axle will spin, and teh other will just sit there. Locking the diff, means that both tires always spin at the same speed. You can buy expensive things that go inside that allow you to turn it off for pavement driving, but this guy just welded the gears together so they wont slip, ever.
@kenworth2011 You aint kidding bro, He's of course gotta turn it into a civil war battle..... 'Cough- north won' "Clears throat" :What, Oh yeah! We can buy lift kits and fabricate things in the northern country too!
i dont see why people argue ford and chevy so much.. all that matters is the size of the engine put in the truck, the size of the tires on it, and the skill of the driver. Who cares what plastic logo is slapped on the grille!
minuto 2:20, por que muchos tienen la mala costumbre de acelerarle y patinar las llantas cuando se atascan?... no entienden que eso hunde mas al vehiculo??
they all use the company that gives them a deal. it has nothing to do with quality. i work on all those vehicles. AND FORD STANDS FOR FIX OR REPAIR DAILY for a reason. i make a living on them.

ha ha ha impressive video . amazing truck . i do laugh my ass off when the one guy says "not bad for a ford" . i bet ya he is one of those guys with a S10/Blazer with a 4.3 ha ha
@jimmy41244 Why is it stupid as hell, please explain? Im willing to listen lol. those guards consist of 5$ worth of sheet metal mate, its not like its fucking gold plated haha.. =D
fuck dude i thought that was my dads truck cuz he had it on the same trailer and tires lol... but hes got a 1980 351 m lol open headers fucking loud as tits.. sweet truck by the way
i just want to know. " when well people learn that they arent all that with there 44" boggers? you need to go 40-44" inch skinny tires.. i guess you all will learn to cut mud some day!
Awesome Vid,..I am an Enthusiast,..i dont care ir its a Chevy,Ford,Dodge...fuck it can even be an Isuzu !! if its a 4x4 with horsepower goin threw and fuck load of mud,..then im game !!

@jimmy41244 .. Dur Dur as you can CLEARLY see the guard is bent up as fuck and crushed... he obviously beats it back into place everytime he loads and unloads it!!
Not only that, but get someone that knows how to drive. Don't get me wrong, I love that truck, but it didn't make it through solely because of the driver.
I'm not the one who was driving, but my motto is I can get anything stuck... and for those who don't have the same motto, I can build a mud pit to get anything stuck haha. I think had he gotten a run at it from way way back further wide open throttle the whole may he may have had a chance at making it. But the end was pretty deep and ruts were deep enough to high center the axles.
i heard a guy say not bad for a ford????? a chevy or dodge gm anything.... wouldnt make it that far... period lol
Tell us how you really feel fangirl
Never seen a Chevy or dodge then because there are plenty of them that are way better
Most Chevs and dodges use Ford front dana 60s and almost every drag car has a Ford 9 inch diff
he has a 14 bolt because they are cheap and very strong
exactly, a ford rear is built to last but they come with a price in this aspect.
who cares ford Chevy or dodge at the end of the day there all the same just have fun
Like I always say their is badass rides in every brand!
@@nickkennard7302 even a Honda Ridgeline?

It's on my property in NE Washington State.
Is that truck still around today? Would be an awesome video if it was and you did a walk around of it, even if it’s in the bone yard.
My Chevy on smaller 39.5" tall tires didnt make it threw either. But I was the one after this that had to pull his Ford out after his winch quit working.

i like how he just runs over his trailer to get it off lmao
I wish I had one of those for going down the shops. What a beast.
might want to look at getting some stronger wheel covers for that trailer :P just a suggestion
0:18 lol

can you explain to me what makes this mud truck more superior to say a chevy or dodge?
I was talking about his trailer, not his Ford.
how did he get it on the trailer without destroying the fender?
I'm a Chevy guy but have nothing against Fords. Have several Ford friends. I just have Chevy's cause their cheap and easy to work on and I can piece mine together for next to nothing from a bunch of parts rigs. But if we all had the same brand of trucks it wouldnt be as fun.

Had to drive over the trailer ramps to unload XD FORD ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!!
nah, doesnt sound like a supercharger, probly the power steering pump and in a rare case one badly fucked up alternator
So how often do you have to beat the fenders on the trailer up lmao
A chevy rearend in this and you still make chevy jokes... None of it is stock so what is still ford on this rig?
@pinkneck124 lmfao in PA this is a big thing.... i have seen more muddin up here then i ever have in the south..
