It only seems like that to you since you're not on the enemy side. There's only a limited pool of players so your enemies also get the bad people. If you're consistently losing games and the only constant in all of those is that you are in them, then you are also to blame. Stop always blaming it on others.
Finding someone to group with isn't that hard add the enemy team and ask them if they're 3 stacking or not if you're that desperate most ppl will agree if they're solo
