30:00 after going into sajdah (do you say subhanna rabil ala x3) , ask for dua and say thashahhud and durrood and salam? please some one answer, jazakallah

When praying, yes we say subhanna rabil ala x3, then Tashahhud, then we normally recite darood ibrahim, then a dua (kindly check on internet as there are several duas) and finally salaam !!
