I think you forgot that meliodas in base power lvl us 60,000. The strongest commandment, Zeldris, is only 62,000. Meliodas in demon form is most likely 120,000.
32:54 at the end of season 2 the last 6 Commandments that were making a move in Liones, Zeldris, Estarossa, Monspeet, Derieri, Grayroad and Fraudrin all got either defeated or sent away. Monspeet and Derieri were sent away, Grayroad was captured, Estarossa was put out of commission, Zeldris was sent away and he has to tend to the unconscious Estarossa, and Fraudrin was killed. The only remaining Commandments who weren't seen at the end of season 2 are Galand, Drole, Gloxinia and Melascula. Galand is petrified and can't do anything, Melascula is doing her own thing, and so are Drole and Gloxinia.

As you saw when you watched seasons 3 and 4 it is literally impossible for it to fit into the timeline because the Sins do not unite for the first time in the series until season 3. And obviously it can’t be after those last 2 seasons because of… what happens to certain characters. HOWEVER, the characters, locations and lore/certain historical events in the movie ARE canon to the manga/anime. This is confirmed by the movie tie in oneshot that the creator Nakaba Suzuki drew, which shows the battle where Meliodas first became feared by the goddesses (a very important and very much canon event that we were never shown in the manga or anime, but is kinda implied/referenced). Certain things from the movie like the sky island are also referenced in the manga/anime too. There’s also, as you might have noticed after finishing the series, MAJOR hints/foreshadowing for the Chaos plotline… Prisoners of the Sky is actually the only movie which isn’t 100% canon as Cursed by Light and Grudge of Edinburgh parts 1 and 2 all have their own designated places in the timeline and showcase pretty important events and the like (and are just generally flat out verbally confirmed to be canon)
Later on after the seasons end there will also be "cursed by light" (pretty good, defo could have been better) and then a 2 parter of "grudge of edinburgh" (That one was fire)
