- We went to the top 10 global fast food chains and purchased a minimum of $10 worth of food from each establishment and tried eating it all in one sitting!
Calories and total cost for this food challenge remained unknown to us until after the fact as we split the list into two groups and surprised each other with our purchases throughout the eating challenge. So, a bit of a mystery mukbang this became featuring an anonymous variety of savory and sweet offerings from McDonald’s, KFC, Subway, Domino’s, Starbucks and a bunch more!

Q: How do you not gain weight?
A: Endurance sports (primarily running, cycling and some resistance training) and extreme discipline & sacrifice with our daily diets is how we manage not to gain weight. We eat mostly vegetables, fruits, some whole grains and low fat dairy on the days outside these videos. The calories consumed in a food challenge or mukbang are the only calories consumed that day and sometimes the day following as well seeing our appetites are typically shot from so much food and the thought of eating is very off-putting. Two days out we are back to large amounts of vegetables and increase to maintenance from there. We also often eat most of our days calories in a smaller eating window (we frequently bounce between intermittent fasting & OMAD diet as it just seems to work with our lifestyles and eating preferences). Anyone with a larger than normal stomach capacity like us, the drive to push through the discomfort of a challenge like this, and a basic understanding of energy balance (calories in vs calories out) can do it with enough disciple and intention (not that we recommend it).
Also worth mentioning is that we do not exercise to burn the calories consumed in a video but rather we are able to consume higher calorie diets due to our participation in endurance activities and said discipline with our daily diets.

A: While we’re sure that type of video will eventually make its way out there, this is not a health and fitness channel and we intend to primarily focus on indulgent food entertainment. We’re still in the very early stages of establishing ourselves within this genre and we’re constantly experimenting and trying to improve upon our style to make our channel a unique experience. Food is our passion while fitness is our discipline so, while we currently only have the availability to produce one quality piece of content a week, fun food-centered videos is where we’ll be focusing our attention (and trust us, it’s more fun for all of us this way). That’s not to say it will never happen, but it’s not a top priority for us. - Розваги

This video came at a perfect time. This Saturday I already had planned to do a Pizza Franchise face-off to pick the best one. I am planning to order the same Hand Tossed Cheese pizza, and my favorite specialty pizza Buffalo Chicken to see what big name ranks #1. Since you like Domino's, the Philly Cheesesteak is amazing and you should try it if you haven't.

Fun to see the picks you made from all the businesses, @TheTakedownTwins! I would agree on your opinions of the pumpkin loaf, the customization of Domino’s, Subway’s raspberry-cheesecake cookie, the turtle blizzard (those kill! I’m surprised you’d never had them before) & Pizza Hut over PJ’s. Granted, I don’t live in an area that has Dunkin, so no idea what the cornbread donut is like… west coast is definitely more for Starbucks than Dunkin- cuz Seattle- but I’m not mad at that either.
Personally speaking, aside from maybe the apple fritter or their vanilla iced coffee, I wouldn’t get anything from McCafe period- McDonald’s is only good for hash browns &, when in season, their blueberry-creme pies. But that’s my opinion. Glad to see so many similarities- Love your content!

My favorite pizza that I get customized from there is extra alfredo sauce, spinach, onion and chicken. It is so good!! Whenever I make my own pizza at home I like to add artichoke hearts in the mix. There is just something about it that I love. It is a delicious combo.

You had to bring up the Pizza Hut buffet. I used to go to that in my area growing up. We were poor so it was a real treat when our dad took me and my sister.
Great idea for a video, that’s SO much food. It’s weird to see you eat so much savoury stuff - but a good change. I love Pizza Hut the best but I don’t have one near me so I normally get Dominos, I’m not keen on Papa Johns. KFC is my fast food of choice though. Much love ❤️

Domino's brooklynn is a small dough stretched to large and med dough stretched to XL thats why the size locks.
