Wasn't slept on but the way fans stream and support these groups is no longer the same as then! I guess they just split the managements since woollim is more focus on musics while c&c focus on dramas, films and variety shows productions. Different management didnt mean they're totally split.
They're not in the same management (merger) anymore but they're still bussiness partner at least.
As long as both sm and woollim agreed, toheart's comeback is still possible. I guess they just dont have time to manage toheart together since sm is busy to promote their artists especially to rise nct while woollim is busy preparing their new boy group, manage infinite and lovelyz.

The formation of this group is because of their true friendship and they can show the concepts different from their own groups. im really happy to see two people from my two of my favorite groups joining together! SHINee and Infinite have similar qualities that i like.Both of them make 80's type music SHINee is like Michael Jackson 80's while infinite is like 80's action and both groups are amazing at dancing.
