Well you motivated me Tom . I was watching you walk. I paused your video and got out and walked. Even tho i need knee replacements I forced myself. Im on a roll now. Weight is going to come off .
No there's no swimming pools around. I can't walk far like I did before my knees went out. They get stiff and painfully. I think I wore the cartilage out in my knees from racing motorcross 5years. But not sure. I have 2 shopping carts I can use to walk long distances. Hopefully the VA will replace my knee capps In future.
@lakotareddeer397 Yes. Good luck. Try to find something with low impact. How old are you? You may need new knees, but you do not want bone on bone pain. It's the worst. If it were me, I'd concentrate on only diet now. You don't want to make your knees any worse. exercise isn't worth it when you can diet.
Yeah good suggestion. I'm 67 born Aug 57. Yeah I'll push it hard dieting. I actually have a authentic hospital scale. The ones that do height too These scales are pretty accurate.

Last of April. It started from gastritis. Honestly, that was the first 30 pounds. I didn't want to eat much. First, I quit alcohol, then red meat, eventually sweets, etc. After that I really watched calories, carbs, sugar, etc. Then exercise. Fast walking. Started out walking a mile and eventually up to 6.2 miles. After two months I slowly increased the pace. Then weights. Work on losing inches and not pounds
Great work. I did it before walked 4 and half miles day and didn't eat after 4 pm I went from 300 to 185. I know I can do it again . Thanks for info . It helps hearing how other people do it. Ty again.
I lost 65 lbs in a year in 2018.it wasn't too difficult either. Basically i drastically reduced my calorie intake by going to one meal a day.I filled all my spare time with activitys and cycled every day. Good Luck !!
