I’m going through a really low part of my life, very depressed and sometimes find myself feeling like I don’t matter and should just not exist… this made me feel so happy when you said “you’re not alone” and “you’re still lovable” thank you Luna 😭
She was right when she said you're not alone, give it time, things are gonna change and they are usually good, well that's for my case, one day I wanted to die, the next year I met my best friend, and after that, I met my lover

I often get really bad paranoia at night and it can sometimes lead to panic attacks and your videos always help ground me. I've started grinding my knitting and crochet projects for my kids and Christmas gifts (starting super late, but I believe in myself!), and ASMR is so relaxing to listen to with the rhythmic yarn work. Loved watching this on my phone above my current project. The sounds made on inhales instead of exhales that you do are my jam!

i needed this more than ever today. starting college applications and sending them and knowing how powerless i am to the admissions cycle is so anxiety inducing and just plain scary. knowing i don’t have a plan b if i don’t get accepted anywhere and that i can’t do anything besides manifest and hope at this point is the worst feeling in the world. having this today of all days helped me so much so thank you❤️

This was needed more than anything, I’ve just started college and i’ve been really nervous about it because I struggle hugely with my anxiety at my old school. Change can be big for me and i’m getting better at accepting it because change can be good. This new college is great and a fresh start for me, but when I feel like i’m starting all over again with making friends etc, it can be tough. But i’m so proud of myself for getting here and getting in everyday. Thank you for being such a light in our lives and for pushing us to our best. Love you!💓
