Chasing Shadows & Alleviate are 2 separated songs in the album but they complete each other perfectly. They rip my soul appart every time I listen to them.
Imminence is a brilliant band. I recommand you listen to ... Well they really have great songs, you should listen to all of them in fact 😆 Oh and for your information, there's a storyline with the videoclips. It begins with "Temptation", then "Heaven In Hiding", "Ghost" and it ends with these two =)

IMMINENCE's new album might be my AotY. I haven't stopped playing it on repeat since it came out. Alleviate might be my top track, hands down.
i just love this band so much !! i remember 2017 searching youtube randomly for music ,came up to this band and i love every single song they drop since then, so unique and lovely music, vocals ,screams ,LYRICS everything !i always get goosebumps from them ! Great reaction !

Your reaction to this is one of, if not my favourite. For a bloke that wouldn’t particularly listen to this genre, you appreciate the mucisianship more than some that say they enjoy the genre. You feel Eddie, you hear him. The first listen of this when they did their premier, I was in tears by the final verse of alleviate. The song spoke things I was unable to speak for years. I was so lost and imminence has given me a strength to bring myself back from my darkest darks. I’m in tears writing this. I can’t thank you enough for putting yourself out there. Your face with that banshee scream 😂 tbh I've listened to their entire album and that scream is so inhuman I never realized that was a scream and not just sound fx as part of the song. There is a band called "The Ghost Inside" and they have a song called "Aftermath" that has that same emotional energy that just takes over you! You won't be disappointed man!! This made me cry too. At their gig in London last year. I was literally 6 feet away from the guitarist while he does the beautiful tapping during the chorus. Could see his fingers on every note. Then it was like euphoria mixed with floods of tears all the way through the song. Best band I've seen live so far. Bad omens coming up next in February.
