yeah, but, it needs more plots with the soccer coach to make it work. Bc we only ever saw once scene where the soccer coach is pissed off at coach (sports director), so it would have been awkward, like when did they become friends? Maybe if season2 didn't cut short, they could have fit in the sub plot for the soccer coach, but what's the point of that if the only payoff of that relationship is to get coach pissed off about Tami? especially that confrontation lasted about 1 or 2 episode.
I actually think some of these scenes would have been better, and some of the weaknesses of season 2 would have been last week because these actually answer some obvious plot holes. Like why wouldn't Riggins mention to the coach that he basically saved Street's Life by missing practice? We missed it the scene where smash was named captain. We also missed a scene where Julie tried to break up with Matt a couple times and it ended up making her look far more cold in the beginning of season 2
They abandoned so many plots in season 2 even accounting for the writer's strike. His job is the athletic director ... it was mentioned half of a second once
Yeah they deleted too many scenes. There was some egregious plot holes in season 2 and while some of it can be explained Away by the writer strike not all of it
Santiago was a good character, would've been good if they returned him for season 3

i don't know why but i always find deleted scenes so awkward. it's like you can tell why they were deleted in the first place

Funny how the whole Bobbi theme was completely written out the story and her character never developed. That must suck for an actor.
