- With Sir Banksy still out of any sort of proper action i spent last Friday stealing my friends ponies, for a fun filled Horsey Day 🐴
I even popped my brave pants on and Jumped a Novice Event Horse... relatively successfully!!
I mean, it could have gone worse, but also could have gone better 🤣

So sorry. Colic is so scary. You and Bansky made it through. Things are never boring are they? So happy Banksy is feeling better. After the stress of last night, you will be feeling better too. It's just when everything crashes at once that we become overwhelmed. Everyone has those days, weeks or months - even those years! (Stolen from Friends) In any case, you will both be back feeling better in no time at all and really? You weathered this storm and any others that hit - you will get through it too. Love you and Banksy and the honesty you bring to this channel.

Thank you for keeping it real its must be tough to do. it helps us in our tough times, I lost my boy couple days ago so seeing these have kept me feeling not so lost & alone. In july he went down with laminitis but we got through it again so I was enjoying him over the summer till he colic so only got back catching up with your channel again to watch this. I would have watched you before thats what I am like thats what my boy do now its reminding me all those moments up & downs, I would never change, was blessed to have him in my life 21 years of his 26 .
The universe has way of showing us helping us through things, couple weeks ago a small montjac deer was injured in my front garden even though trying to help the dear little buck still past away show sometimes there is nothing you can do it might be just to late not enough .
Keep being you wishes to winston so delighted Bansky got though challenging time with your senstive bodies.
Alternative therapy really helps on a deep senstive level...not saying its a miracle but can help in challenging times

Tina you are a really capable rider, you did really well riding the different horses; I'm glad you kept in the not so perfect moments. I've had my boy for 15 years now and know him inside out so if I tried to ride another horse now it would feel like starting over I'm sure 🤣 loved Wallace, what a handsome boy. Hope you have some better luck soon; life has really thrown it all at you this year and you still try to stay positive! Xx

So sorry Tina and I truly mean it. So stressful having a sick animal and up all night. Been there and done it. Actually, last night I slept on the bedroom floor as my ESS threw up badly late last night and I wanted her to have my side of the bed along with the GR. Get some sleep and sending hugs, kisses and positive thoughts to Banksy to heal super quick!

God when it rains it pours doesn’t it! Feel for you and know how disheartening it is when it’s one thing after another😩 best thing for him to keep moving around, I use Lincoln muddy buddy powder for keeping mud and dirt off (my mare is prone to cellulitis, has had it many times over the years) and can’t recommend it enough!

So sorry to hear about Banksy colicking. My old boy colicked again in Feb - he's prone to it since having colic surgery as an 8 year old, but it never gets any easier. I guess with all the pain from his legs and the medication he's on for that, it's understandable, poor boy. Hoping he's feeling much better now 💕

Horse ownership comes with highs and lows. Hopefully the lows behind you’ll for awhile. Glad to know Banksy ok after colicky. Scary stuff! I’m guessing mud fever, meds, turn out schedule change was ALOT and believe stressed him maybe. Idk just glad that’s past now and can focus on mud fever recovery. Persistence is the key to winning that battle. Lovely seeing you behind the ears of other horses. We learn something from each one we ride. Hope Dinks is well and prayers for Mr. Winston 🧡 will wait for exciting news when you’re ready to share 😊

I love a sensitive mare. My mare is much like beamer where I barely have to even think about transitions and she goes but on the other side I also barely have to think stop and she stops. However she does not jump, if she whacks her legs she's done because if hurts and why would she do that again
Wouldn't suprise me if the colic is related go everything else he's had going on so hopefully it's nothing more than that. He's had a lot of extra meds which could mess with his stress level/GI ect. I'm gonna put the vibes out for you that it's nothing more than that. I've done multiple colic surgeries so I've definitely been there more times than I can count it absolutely gets your heart and mind in a tizzy but your vet clearly has it handled!
