Nice but leggings are worn more in the US . They are looked as not well dressed in Europe and normally only worn under Tunics etc. You should never wear anything short with leggings. But she does put them together nicely.
I notice most fashion influences tend to do this to give themselves the illusion of longer, taller, slimmer legs just for the look but also to see how it will look with heels. However don’t get me wrong lol as someone who just takes ballet for fun it does become a habit with turned out feet so by all means she could 😊
