Needs to be either wrapped in cellophane bags or in Tupperware, the key is that they are airtight. If not they’ll go a bit sticky but you can always pop them back in the oven if so for around ten mins. They’ll last like 2-3 weeks! :)

Hello once more am happy for all the updates you have been doing and all the video on UA-cam. Each time I try the meringue cookies it got burn in the oven. This time around i reduced the oven to the lowest heat yet it still get burn. Those that started to get burn the colour changes too. And I have a buttercream cake that I have to do. The customer is paying me well and the cake is this particular cake of yours . Am getting worried . I have this common oven used by many Nigerian bakers

I made these meringue kisses using your recipe, it came out nice for a first ever try.But after it has cool down in the oven with the oven door slightly opened.I brought them out few hours later I discovered that it was sticky when touched and it sticks to each other.want to ask if it's normally so or I did something wrong? Hi Debbie, if you wanted to make the rosettes into lollipops you would add the sticks after they have been baked. You could use some chocolate or candy melts to attach the sticks to the back. I hope this helps.

And the meringue cookies which i made loosen up its shape while placing in oven. Can u plz tell y it happened so? Does it happen bcoz of excess or less sugar. Plzzzz tell. Thanks! P.S.- I had used two egg whites and double the normal sugar in powder form. And some vanilla essence.

Best way of making chewy meringue is it add some vinegar or hear sugar on baking tray before adding to sugar. Tks steve
