With a gutter leaf filter there's no maintenance labor. Not sure i would be excited about having to empty a bunch of filters. Drainage is perfecto!

I want that popup enitter. I have a Zoeller m267. With 2 inch discharge going into a small catch basin. I think pop up emitter works better. Can it handle 120gal/mjnute?

This is a great system! I'm trying to figure out what I need for my down spout extensions in Northwest Indiana. If I have about a 1400 sqft roof with 2 downspouts and about an 80ft run with a 2% slope to the discharge point would the typical 4" single wall corrugated pipe be ok? Is there a general rule of thumb for what the 4" corrugated pipe can handle and how long it can be? -Thank you

Should solid 3" corrugated drainpipe also be burrito wrapped?
A downspout doesn't need to be wrapped in fabric. Only a French drain system needs to be wrapped in fabric.

I heard that the sewer dept. in Orlando is even calling up Sams French Drain's. They have a big problem with all the extra water coming down the street from this house. The system looks to be snake proof.
