  • In this video are shown some of hip mobility and flexibility exercises, especially useful for handball goalkeepers, but can be used for so many other sports and athletes!
    I just wanted to emphasize the importance of working on hip mobility and flexibility, and to share some of the exercises that you as a goalkeeper or as a goalkeeper's coach can use during your own practices.

    Hi Handball Goalkeeper, I am d keeper of my team and my season is starting after 2 weeks. But, in my team no one listens to d captain and when d shooter goes to shoot even d defenders go with him and there is no one to defend d goal except d goalie and d player of opposite team takes d ball and runs towards me and shoots. D only problem is dat I cannot save when der r no defenders around. Please can u help me?

      Its not your problem its just defenders problem you can just watch the ball your chance was %40

      yo bro even I'm the keeper of my team. What you can do is stand near your 9m when your team goes for offence. That way if they try to launch a counter attack with a long pass you can cut it out. It's really helpful.
