This is so important. I want this to be available to Autistic Community In Australia (and many other countries). Peer Led (Autistic people) training is vital in this, as is Leadership in promoting this in the Autistic Community. 'Doing it for ourselves and between us' rather than 'done to us or for us'. The former builds capacity and is empowering.

I am a certified recovery specialist however I'm hoping to become a peer support specialist. I am struggling with not being to combine both in terms of work. I feel the true essence is voluntary peer work. I was always someone with MH issues then I became an addict. I struggle with the career part but not the one to one voluntary part. I still care and always will ❤

Thank you so much for showing these videos I'm getting ready to do orientation. This for me I'm going to use my experience to help people learn how to get out of the pit of desperation learn boundaries and be that positive light in such a dark evil world.
