As a kannadiga i always feel, why this kind of content was not available in kannada., and little jealous because you guys pushing and changing atleast 1 % of people with positive mindset through your podcast for telugu peoples, but i m worrying about our side of people. For me i know telugu because of my grandparents background, But from 2 months im in process to start a channel for 1 minute content daily with a concept on business, and thier models, Now i will add mental health also as subpart., If you observe the Dr sir, how he was very healthy in terms of mental health, dude just look at his body while seating and how he listens to questions and how he answers in calm way. 👌🤝 Thank you so much for this podcast specially to Dr sir. My Fav podcast till now. ❤

I observed one thing here... The work editors did is very good... if you observe that the green pen was there before in the video before it was introduced... The editing team did a great job compiling the necessary steps to make this video more relatable and understandable... Very much impressed by that.

Big Thanks to the Team... మీ టీం ఫోటో ఒకటి పెట్టగలరు వంశీ గారు.😊

Can u pls list down here everything that you are practising that helped u? I am dealing with sleep problems, caffeine and social media addiction. Your advice will surely help me...thanks!
@@hemanthaugust7217 Im sharing this information based on andrew huberman podcast on sleep 1) After waking up watch sunirse upto 10 to 30 mins depends on the climate either sunny or cloudy and try to watch with naked eyes i.e no glass in between and this will set your circadian rhythm. 2) Our body increase and decrease temperature for every 90 mins and the least temperature of our body would be 90 mins before our regular waking time and there should be no light exposure to our eyes atleast before our temperature minimum for example if u wake up at 5 everyday so after 11:30pm u shouldn't let ur eyes to light exposure 3) The more you r active in day time is directly proportional to the sleep you go through in night time 4) For being more active in a day see a bright light within 4 hrs of your temperature minimum 5) After waking do exercise or cold showers after 30mins or 120mins or 11hrs, so that you will be more active and it sets circadian rhythm Thank you 😊
Very useful information… After watching this I changed my lifestyle and I can see a lot of difference in me. I really loved the saying our neurons and cells are the actual assets. Thanks a ton to both of you❤
I am pursing psychology now and very glad for choosing a psychiatrist for this podcast, and I thank you for all the knowledge. And I would request that you do a podcast with an Oncologist.. As research studies say in the future, 90% of deaths happen due to cancer. What if you can expand people's lifespan at least a bit in advance?
Love this podcast..I couldn’t stop myself from watching it until the end..doctor chala clear ga normal people ki artamayela and telugu words use chesi on point chepadam is very adorable 👏

Someone commented watch at 1.5X speed, This is what he meant by attention span in the podcast just see how we're unable to watch a video that has longer span 😅its unfortunate we're lacking patience Anyway thank you so much for this amazing podcast keep bringing more of such content❤
@@jaanu1315i wanna have a continous flow , no skippings and this isn't MIT algorithms lecture with IELTS rating 10 to watch at normal speed, general telugu it is so watching at 1.5x is no bad , we have to made our changes according to our grasping level
@@kruthika_gotham Ma'am I think you didn't understand the context in which I told ...anyways everyone has their own perspective and opinion this was not to demean anyone despite of the content that we're watching isn't it true that we lack patience and attention span in this era of social media? Hope you understand what I actually meant!!
I have got a more awareness about my mind, and how to control my mind in a correct path. It helped me to awaken myself about brain cells how it works. It's one of the best podcast that all the people in present generation must watch and follow those habits to control our mental health. 🎉🎉

As a kannadiga i always feel, why this kind of content was not available in kannada., and little jealous because you guys pushing and changing atleast 1 % of people with positive mindset through your podcast for telugu peoples, but i m worrying about our side of people. For me i know telugu because of my grandparents background, But from 2 months im in process to start a channel for 1 minute content daily with a concept on business, and thier models, Now i will add mental health also as subpart.,
If you observe the Dr sir, how he was very healthy in terms of mental health, dude just look at his body while seating and how he listens to questions and how he answers in calm way. 👌🤝

Im sharing this information based on andrew huberman podcast on sleep
1) After waking up watch sunirse upto 10 to 30 mins depends on the climate either sunny or cloudy and try to watch with naked eyes i.e no glass in between and this will set your circadian rhythm.
2) Our body increase and decrease temperature for every 90 mins and the least temperature of our body would be 90 mins before our regular waking time and there should be no light exposure to our eyes atleast before our temperature minimum for example if u wake up at 5 everyday so after 11:30pm u shouldn't let ur eyes to light exposure
3) The more you r active in day time is directly proportional to the sleep you go through in night time
4) For being more active in a day see a bright light within 4 hrs of your temperature minimum
5) After waking do exercise or cold showers after 30mins or 120mins or 11hrs, so that you will be more active and it sets circadian rhythm
Thank you 😊

Doctor Spoke so well!! Dr. Virinchi Sharma Thank you😊 for

Someone commented watch at 1.5X speed, This is what he meant by attention span in the podcast just see how we're unable to watch a video that has longer span 😅its unfortunate we're lacking patience
Anyway thank you so much for this amazing podcast keep bringing more of such content❤
Lacking patience ❌️
Efficient time utilization ✅️
@@kruthika_gotham Fortunately we have time stamps and video can be watched in parts for efficient time utilisation ma'am
@@kruthika_gothamfr 😅
@@jaanu1315i wanna have a continous flow , no skippings and this isn't MIT algorithms lecture with IELTS rating 10 to watch at normal speed, general telugu it is so watching at 1.5x is no bad , we have to made our changes according to our grasping level
@@kruthika_gotham Ma'am I think you didn't understand the context in which I told ...anyways everyone has their own perspective and opinion this was not to demean anyone despite of the content that we're watching isn't it true that we lack patience and attention span in this era of social media? Hope you understand what I actually meant!!
Again an INCREDIBLE podcast 💫
I have got a more awareness about my mind, and how to control my mind in a correct path. It helped me to awaken myself about brain cells how it works. It's one of the best podcast that all the people in present generation must watch and follow those habits to control our mental health. 🎉🎉
🎉🎉
