What mogg says is true. This company say minimum you have to purchase. 10 gunta land at market price. The every year you have to pay Rs 20000 for it's maintenance .
similarly Per acre it will be Rs 80,000.per year.
It may increase year by year. Really it is beautiful schemes for both .

After two weeks one sales person contacted took my details after which I did not hear from them. Reminders did not help. It appears Mogg is not very professional in responding to customers & does look serious in business. Hope they change their approach & prove what they claim in their website.

In same way government is making projects like roads town ship etc... So many farmers r loosing there lands... So this all plus points for corporates so they all do agriculture in corporate system this will be true in few years... We can hw much demand will be fr agriculture in upcoming generation...

For 5000 sqft it is 10k per year. Not sure on the profit yet and if profit is less than this amount or anything closer to this amount, it is not worth investing.
