Am I right in thinking that if the PPC campaign doesn’t generate any sales you could potentially be charged the £25 a day (£750 month) by Amazon

No you actually be charged £900 when including vat but if you don’t generate any sales from heavy targeted campaigns then you’re product must be completely 💩 😂
Too be fair this is a launching strategy & it’s mainly about getting organic ranks if you can break even or small lose that’s a bonus
