Hopefully you'll see this but whenever your children are running fevers a little trick is that you can put potatoe skins or raw onions in their socks to pull the fever from their bodies. I hope they get better soon!

Get you some insulated bags for your cold foods. Food spoils quicker than one may think, especially in warm weather. Costco and Sams have the huge ones. Trader Joe also. Hope the kids have a speedy recovery.
