Amazing to see a kid being able to almost identically follow up the movements you spent so much time honing. The only difference i see is fluidity, strength and experience you have over him. Its amazing seeing kids like that. He will be bonkers when his body matures and gets stronger.

They are using flat cones mate. Can use anything as the cones. All you need is a ball and determination. Concentrate on the sport not the glamour. Check out panna king as an example. The equipment is not what makes the player, it's their mentality and determination to progress. The information is out there.
I’m 7 years older then this kid and he’d probably beat me a good 20:0. I used to be good until I fractured my leg and couldn’t play football for 3 months without feeling pain and ever since then I lost my confidence and I’m trying but it’s pretty hard. Congrats to the kid.
Sorry to hear about your injury bro, for me confidence comes with time and preparation- I hope you manage to find the time to get back into it fully and feel comfortable again, sure you can still shine on the pitch like before mate
Bro you should watch blue lock (an anime), there's a guy in it that had an injury similar to you but in his knee and he was also afraid to play because he didn't want to risk injuring it again and ending his career. However, he overcame that by realizing that if he can play the sport he loves, he'll play it until his legs give out. You should also follow this advice my friend. Best of luck to you!
If he has chest control and heading too he's going to be a pro, it's one thing when you can wait for the ball to drop to take on the foot but in competitive games players will intercept easily.
