Here’s a fun fact about Kelly’s Heroes: is anyone familiar with the anime series Girls Und Panzer? In one of the episodes the main girls in the show watch war movies and one of them is Kelly’s Heroes and they re-animate shot by shot a scene of the movie firing a tank and it getting stuck.
Another good one. And with a comedic legend: Mr Don Rickles. A man who is very funny and I miss. He can roast you well done but then touch your hearts and let it be known that you are loved by others.
My dad has a tiny black and white TV on the kitchen counter, only got like 4 channels, but sometimes a war movie would be on when we were cooking breakfast on a Sunday morning and we would end up sitting at the kitchen table watching most of it. Good times indeed
Despite it being a Comedy at heart, it still delivered some amazing action sequences with impressive usage of period-correct equipment and surprisingly convincing mockups of Tiger 1's! I also never noticed the exploding dummy at 3:57, maybe that was cut from all the TV broadcasts I watched.
I actually saw this movie. The points that gave it away were the colored paint and Donald Sutherland. Thanks for doing the carnage count for this movie.
I love this channel and i also love old movies, so thank you for the suggestions haha! But seriously, this movie looks beautiful for something out of the 1970s. I might watch it since i also like war movies. But from what ive heard this is a comedy, i dont mind it!
You guys are crazy. When were in the Bocage, we were assaulted by them Tigers. You know what I mean by assaulted? I mean Assaulted! Oddball- Don't hit me with those negative waves so early in the morning.

One of the girls even called herself Sergeant Oddball when she infiltrated a meeting at one of the rival schools.
