why the panel is flashing?

yt lam the panel has a different refresh rate than the frames per second in which the camera has recorded this video in which gives the illusion of the panel flickering. So if the camera records in 30fps but the panel refresh is 80-120hrz then due to frames not being synchronised it will cause the flicker. In short nothing to do with the panel it’s just his camera processing the footage it’s recording
