Mega Man 2: Basic Master - Ring Man

It's an alright level. The main attraction here is the enemies, but aside from a few moments, they're not very hard to deal with. However, there are a couple moments I really like, for example the enemies moving on the ground you have to dodge while avoiding aimed missiles from above. As for Ring Man himself, it's definitely more exciting. The only attack that I had trouble with was the aimed ring attack, but other than that, they all have tells that make them easier to read, while not being trivial or boring.
