I spent ages looking at that Falkirk wheel wondering what the hell it was and supposed to do 😂 But oh my god that is truly bizarre! What a strange device! How much was it? Loved Ruby Bay but I swear that place was free when we stayed last year! Maybe I'm remembering wrong or its changed, probably the former to be honest
I could have watched it all day but then I love watching how things work…I’m the same with people 🤣 It was £15 each which I would possibly pay next time. Ruby bay probably was free but they’ve built a toilet/shower black and marked out bays for motorhomes so I imagine they are trying to recoup some funds. Still worth it in my eyes for the stunning park up. I think we went to the same pub you went to as we had to take a sharp breathe when I went to pay for a bottle of wine…£32 - but then I don’t go out often so not sure what the going rate in pubs is anymore??
