how can machines be dead? they're immortal, their souls trapped in synthetic bodies i can't imagine how horrible it must've been for them when they regained their independence from the c'tan
@@warbossgrotsmasha23 most Necrons don’t even have souls. The biotransference the C’tan put them through stripped all but the strongest willed Necrontyr of their souls, so they’re really just soulless hunks of metal obeying programming

This plays as silent King marches with his legions into the throne room from which big E sits. Countless necrons throwing themselves in the way of custodians. Only to activate a time distortion device within the grand chamber, so they may speak in private. What seems to be secs for every one else. Months have past for the two rulers, and with a pychic shock wave. All defending forces were ordered to stand down as the xeno and their dead, slowly one by one, peice by peice disappeared

It'd be funny if the Silent King went on his own throne with the Triach to speak for him (following ancient necrontyr tradition), while the Emperor had Guilliman to speak for him (since necrons cannot be telepathically contacted). The Silent King and the Emperor would just stare at each other while their delegates do the talking. Hilarious
