Officially, there is nothing legally stopping them bringing it back as Alfonso Ribeiro (the actor doing "the Carlton dance that this is based on) dropped his lawsuit against Epic after the US Copyright Office ruled against him being eligible to copyright it. It could well be a "gentlemen's agreement" that Epic have not brought it back for so long though. We won't know for sure but it would be great if it did return.
No date confirmations yet but DC skins will be returning to the shop throughout December. There is an update on Wednesday so there could be more hints as to when to possibly expect them.
