@@AnthsLawSchool I am a very visual person and believe me, your videos helped me understand the subject matter and build on that knowledge vs just reading from a book where I could sleep after 5 minutes 😴 😀 lollllll! I cleared this course with ease and enjoyed it in the process and I am truly grateful for you. You have a unique talent 🙏
Thank you for this. It's incredibly helpful as a QLD lawyer who has studied in England and Victoria and is not yet fully used to the QLD jurisdiction! Any evidence book that you would specifically recommend for me to purchase? Thanks again!
I would disagree. demonstrating stabbing 193 times, shows that there was no need to stab that many time, that when did it become protection and when did it become revenge.
Hi Shirley, showing that it was unnecessary is a conclusion - a position taken based on facts amd rational argument. The fact (that the victim was stabbed so much) was provable just from the autopsy report, with no need for a re-enactment 😊
It's interesting - I had never really heard that I had an accident until I did these videos. Even when I've travelled, people haven't mentioned it. I hope you can struggle through!
Thank you for your excellent presentations. They are incredibly helpful for my 3rd year here at JCU ...

15:00 what if the spirits told him to say that?
That's a very interesting question. We can only assume that the court took this into consideration.
10:30 - competence
Thanks for putting these markers in for other students to use!
Pell v. R. 2000 in the High Court of Australia is quintessential.
I'm curious why you say this - the Pell matter really didn't introduce any new law.
