I didn't put nearly as many points in defense as you, only 13 and placed 12 in lower body strength. Since I play LBC, I'm thinking less speed could work too; have to see.

How do you distribute the progression point for your Vieira and G.Silva?
i tried a couple. mednasah's one seem to be better. 80+ speed 80+ accel. 90 phys contact. low pass and ball control 80. then all def

Bro I love u but silva is 100% worth it. Perfect position when not deep lined but it does also depend on what formation you use doe. But nice vid
he is a bit small. interception is not as effective but he is aggressive. get into good positions but sometimes cannot stop the pass.
