Why plan to invade Rafah where there are women and children, when H is in the other areas? Also, when they can't take out H, they target civilians. This is a fact. H is not calling for a ceasefire because they are afraid, the world is also doing so because IOF are targeting civilians on purpose. Literally all H commanders and senior fighters are still intact, why?
