I'm buying this because I've always wanted a tablet and an apple product, but couldn't justify it's purchase... i wanna stick with windows and android, apple seems like the best choice for the tablet due to it's long shelf life... especially if you go with the pro and limit it to 60Hz
i wouldn't mind recording games and editing the footage all on the ipad...
i will make good use of the LiDar camera at work

How long does the battery last when you work? Videoediting

Battery life is not that bad! We haven’t killed the tablet while editing yet but we did managed to cut out a video just over 3 minutes for about two hours and the battery went from 100% to about 70% ish. Do note that you mileage may vary due to a bunch of factors.

I'm currently a university student, In my 1st year of med school, so which device should I get ?

Sorry, none of us are Med students so we can’t advise much on that front. But do you see the iPad Pro, or even the regular iPad for that matter, value adding to your daily life in any way?
Maybe there’s a app you can better utilise with a bigger screen? Or you prefer something lighter, smaller and yet have a bigger screen for Netflix and the like?
Overall, the Pro isn’t for everyone so if you are fine with the normal iPad by all means save that few bucks. :)

That would be an actual PC/Mac😂 But if we have to choose a mobile device, then definitely the M2 iPad.

Should be able to. It should reflect to iPhone capabilities in ProRes
