Have you guys considered growing grapes on that pergola? That's what we grow on ours and it is so wonderful in the summer, especially around now when we can eat the grapes.x)
It's not a mess if you're picking the grapes. At most a few will fall every so often. White grapes don't really stain. We have white, pink, and purple grapes. None have ever stained. We don't leave it there for days though. The bees don't bother us. Plus they pollinate our other fruits and veg. No flies. :)

I’ve taken up the habit of reading everyday. What I’ve found is it’s crazy the amount of books you can read, you start to read faster. To stick with it, I found that you have to make it a priority and also link it with another habit you do everyday (like I’m going to read for 30mins/ a chapter before breakfast or working out) or like myself if you like to spend more time in bed. You don’t jump into your day immediately and I find that I remember more of the books I read too because I’m more focused. You have to make it a priority and be consistent with it and the habit will stay! Hope it helps! ☺️ (PS: I wasn’t a reader before, never liked reading and now I do!)

My husband wakes up at 6.30 (and starts work at 8.30) and spends the morning reading, then reads on his lunch break and before bed. He says it helps him have a clear head to start the day and wind down to go to sleep.

I just moved to LA from Philadelphia and was able to change my sleep schedule so that I wake up at 7:00 am PT and go to bed at 11:00 pm PT and it has changed my life. You get SO much more out of the day. I highly recommend. Your days will feel longer in the most beautiful, relaxing way.

I had a wonderful planner that was called "pause." it was a weekly journal with prompts and other things to fill out and spend a little more time with yourself! so important, I've been so busy I've gotten out of the habit to journal! thanks for always being such a light inspiring human!!
