Hello all, here I am showing a simple Indian style Ghiya (Dudhi) Chana Daal recipe . A very simple and Quick 20 -25 Minutes recipe. Hope you all like it.
Ingredients :👇
* 1 Cup (180)gm Chana Dal (soak)
* 1 Medium size Gheeya (घीया /लौकी) Bottle gourd peeled and cut into ½ inch pieces (more prep details in the video)
* 2 Tomato chopped 🍅 (टमाटर)
* 2 Onion chopped Medium size 🧅 (प्याज़)
* 3 - 4 Green chilli chopped (हरी मिर्च)
* Some coriander leaf (थोड़ा धनिया पता)
* 1 Tablespoon - Ginger garlic paste (अदरक लहसुन)
* 2 Tablespoon - optional👉🏻mustard oil / Refine ( सरसों का तेल)
* 1 Teaspoon - Red Chilli powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च)
* 1 ,1/2 Teaspoon - coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर)
* 1/2 Teaspoon - Turmeric (हल्दी)
* 1/4 Hinge power (हिंग पाउडर)
* 1 Teaspoon जीरा (Cumin seeds)
* 3 Cup Water Water for cooking (पानी)
* Salt to taste (नमक स्वाद अनुसार)
