what i do is i learn it slowly and progressively go faster at my comfort, my team teaches us a certain part, and then dance to the music, that could help !

my team had to learn it opposite 😕 it’s because the teaching video is from the back so it switches but if mirroring is easier (for me it is lol) you can screen record and flip the video!
What frustrates me is...You'll make it super slow in the teaching video but when it comes to the music it's too fast...
Use the settings to slow the video down until you're more comfortable to be a regular speed.😊
I thought the same thing lol, you just gotta keep doing it until you get into the swing of things, then it starts to get a little more easy :)
