I hear you brother them sons of biatches did the same thing to me on my business that was high volume and high turnover froze me out for 3 months even after supplying them everything, my business suffered and so did inventory management and I no longer trade because of them. Made me very bitter towards PayPal and doing business in future. Now tho I'm doing good back on my bike 😊
@@ChadThePOSGuy Yes, but in retail its a different matter. I run a retail business in the UK and there is no way customers would accept paying (my business) processing fees. Plus if these companies forcing the fees on to customers should really be giving them (the customer) the choice. My thinking is they dont and do it in the hope the customer just stupidly accepts it. If you approach PayPal they will certainly say the charge is to the business and not the customer so for the business to secretly pass it on to the unsuspecting customer without their knowedge is likely to be illegal.
It's only illegal if the state prohibits it. There isn't a law federally stating that. Know your law! If you were accurate you could articulate that law and would have.
Agree with you 100%, if it sounds slightly shady as this guy is indicating by the way he's explaining it then it is definately shady. I live in the UK and already use this systmem. There is no way on earth I would (secretely) pass this fee onto a customer during a purchase. As a properly run business it is something as part of running a business you accept.

What? Charge the customer for the POS processing fee? That’s not gong to go well with the customer.
It's already widely accepted throughout the US. Happens at the gas station, DMV, Ticket Master, Pizza restaurants, auto dealerships, liquor store, etc

What kind of business do you have? You can check it out on our site cotsuji.clickfunnels.com/optintbeuuyx4
This is not true. It's illegal to charge the customer extra fee because he is using his credit card.
The way we do it, it is legal in all 50 states. Give us a call and we can explain further
Nope, you're wrong, maybe out of the U.S. but not here.
