I have operated this organ several times and never knew it had "Oklahoma", must be in one of the large boxes of music that doesn't get played very often.
Such a stunning instrument! Bet it was even more better in person. Funny about I'm In The Mood For Dancing I saw David Ward's video of the Gavioli Trust's ex Reeder Marenghi playing that tune I thought it sounds even better than the Nolans version that group is just cheesy! LOL
It's a brilliant instrument in person but it's very very loud! I agree, In The Mood For Dancing is one of those tunes that seems to work a lot better on organs when compared to their original versions...!
Certainly not.. the violins on this organ are always tuned straight, unfortunately the sun and the heat generated from it were directly on the organ causing the tuning to be affected.
