This just goes in circles. Repeating the same things over and over again. And how many times is Meghan going to repeat "The only thing I regret is...." when they are all different regrets?
Alternative Fan ending: Megan still under the belief that Tom isn't cheating, continues the wedding preparation inviting everyone and even hiring a news crew to broadcast rub it in Sarah's face. However on the day of the wedding, Tom never showed up and Megan demanded to wedding staff to postpone the wedding for tomorrow. Somehow, Megan managed to do it, even hiring the same news crew( apparently, the news crew's boss found Megan's breakdown on live tv a goldmine for views and allowed it). After several hours, Tom was found by a different news crew............ in a hotel on the other side of the city with another woman. In rage, Megan started screaming and throwing and breaking anything in her sight, ranting "I HAVE WON, I DESERVED THIS PRIZE, I SHOULD HAVE A GREAT DESTINY, MY HUSBAND IS BETTER THAN HER". After that incident, Megan was charged with the cost of 2 weddings and damages to property, borrowing money from loan sharks, she paid of the charges and disappeared and never seen again, though Sarah's social media post sometimes has a negative comment saying "your life should be the one sucking"
I must have fallen asleep during the conversation between Megan and Sarah. I don't recall any part of the conversation that Megan said she was going to go after Sarahs now husband David. Did I miss that?

I will never understand the need to call your partner's ex to boast about your alleged happy life.. people in happy relationships, living a happy life couldn't care less about an ex, what they're doing, who they're seeing...they aren't thinking about an ex. If Megan was truly content and happy being with Tom, she wouldn't of felt the need to contact his ex😂😂.. that screams miserable & bitter... I think that Megan was under the impression that Tom left Sarah, and that Sarah has been distraught about it all this time. But like David said, Megan must be insecure to talk and taunt like she does about her being the winner. I felt like the winner when I got rid of my ex. And I think all his exes after me were winners too.
This was just…weird. So Megan gets no real backlash, she talks all this trash and never had a moment where she had to apologize or beg? Maybe my brain is rotted but it feels unsatisfying
